A 1 day educational workshop for parents dedicated to the wisdom of an embodied birth TOGETHER

We design our birth through the choice to educate ourselves, follow our intuition and not allow others to take away our power.
This 1 day course has been years in the making. It started as I embarked on my journey as a doula/birth witness and revealed itself shortly after I gave birth to my own daughter. My sovereign, wild, free birth opened me up. The wisdom I received prior to my daughter’s emergence allowed me to experience an ecstatic, liberating, and transformational birth.
As a certified doula, intuitive healer, and medicine woman, it is my honor to walk with many parents on their journey into trusted partnership. It is with great humility and respect that I share the education, lived experience, and wisdom that my Husband and I have cultivated together to BIRTH IN TRUST. I look forward to BEing with you on February 22, 2025.

Mothers are welcomed to bring their partner or anyone who will be with them during their birth and postpartum journey (sister, friend, grandmother etc).

This experience is designed for anyone on their pregnancy journey, If you are not yet pregnant but desire to have a child in the near future, please join us! all wombs welcome!

We will be meeting at a studio in South Redondo Beach.

Both! We will be going over what to expect in a hospital birth and how you can establish a ceremonial birth in modern setting. Additionally, we will go over how you can prepare your home for a sovereign birth.
